Skilled industry from an employee's point of view

We have previously told you about Interal's participation in the ESF project Competence-secured industry - KSI. Most recently, we described the project from the point of view of a project participant. Since this improvement work permeates our entire organization, we would like to present one of our employees' views on the project. Susanne Bengtzon has worked as a CNC operator at Interal for 1.5 years and experiences several positive effects of KSI. Greater employee participation and the possibility of industry validation are just some of the positive consequences this has brought.
