Interal offers the technical competence required for the production of aluminum die casting parts with high surface requirements.

High-pressure die casting

There are several different methods for manufacturing die-cast aluminum. Interal mainly uses high-pressure die casting. This means that molten aluminum is pressed into a mold/tool under high pressure and high speed. It solidifies relatively quickly, whereon the aluminum casting is ejected from the tool.

Die casting has several advantages:

• Fine surface
• Good mechanical properties
• Cost-effective for large series
