Skilled industry

Interal is participating in a project whose purpose is to get an overview of what obstacles and opportunities exist when it comes to securing competence within the industry both in the short and long term. The project is led by Montico (financed by the ESF-European Social Fund) and will last for about a year. On Wednesday, the five participating companies met at Interal to present the areas they have chosen to focus on within their companies. In connection with these meetings, the opportunity is also given to exchange experiences with all participants, as we feel that many are faced with similar challenges, even though we are in different types of industries. We also had the opportunity to present in more detail what we do at Interal.

We see this as an opportunity to both share knowledge and experience, as well as gain new ones from the participating companies.
