Quick-change pallet system reduces the set-up time

At Interal we focus on continous improvements and increased efficiency within all areas. In order to reduce the set-up time we have installed a quick-change pallet system of the brand Schunk in one of our robot cells. This gives us a quick connection of the workholding by means of a pneumatic system which significantly reduces the set-up time and also gives a higher precision and repeatability since the workholding ends up in the exact same position at each set-up. The tilting table upon which the system is assembled is also new.
