Last week, we at Interal had a visit from our colleagues from China. Shanen has been employed by Interal for over 10 years and is responsible for logistics and supplier contacts. Chang is the factory manager and co-owner of Interal's factory in Foshan. During the week, we have shown how we work with production flow, preparation, quality assurance/quality management and our business system Monitor, which is being installed in our operations in China. During the summer, we will move our factory to larger premises in Foshan, which will give us better conditions to grow with our customers in both China and Sweden. We saw this visit as an excellent opportunity for our colleagues to get thoughts and ideas about building production flow and inventory in the new factory premises. On Friday, Chang and Shanen returned to China with lots of candy canes and new knowledge and experience in their luggage.
