How we work with surface treatment

Surface treatment with modern methods
Anodising
One of the most widely used surface treatments for aluminium. Anodising provides a decorative finish while making the material harder, more durable and longer lasting, which also contributes to increased environmental sustainability.
Laser engraving
With laser marking, we create permanent and precise labelling for traceability, symbols or text. The process works on both untreated and treated aluminium. On anodised or powder-coated surfaces, the result is extra clear with high contrast.
Passivation
Passivation protects aluminium against corrosion, improves electrical conductivity, and provides a good base and better adhesion for lacquers, paints or adhesives. The method is commonly used in the automotive industry, among others.
Powder coating
Powder coating gives details both a decorative look and a durable surface with protection against corrosion and UV radiation. The process ensures long durability and high finish.
Screen printing
For graphic prints on flat aluminium surfaces, such as logos and symbols, we offer screen printing. The technique offers great freedom in colour choice and the possibility to combine several colours on the same detail.
