Interal is participating in a project that aims to gain an overview of the obstacles and opportunities that exist in terms of securing skills in industry in both the short and long term. The project is led by Montico (funded by the ESF-European Social Fund) and will run for about a year. On Wednesday, the five participating companies met at Interal to present the areas they have chosen to focus on within their companies. In connection with these meetings, there is also an opportunity to exchange experiences with all participants, as we find that many are struggling with similar challenges despite being in different types of industries. We also had the opportunity to present in more detail what we do at Interal.
We see this as an opportunity to both share knowledge and experience, and to gain new ones from the participating companies.
