We have previously reported on Interal's participation in the ESF project Kompetenssäkrad Industri - KSI. Most recently, we described the project from the point of view of a project participant. Since this improvement work permeates our entire organisation, we would like to present one of our employees' views on the project. Susanne Bengtzon has worked as a CNC operator at Interal for 1.5 years and experiences several positive effects of KSI. Greater participation for employees and the possibility of industry validation are just some of the positive consequences this has brought.
