Yesterday, the Blodomloppet in Jönköping took place and Interal participated this year with a group of 11 people who ran / walked 5 or 10 km. After the race, we all gathered on the shore of Rocksjön for a joint picnic. This has become a recurring and appreciated tradition that both encourages exercise, contributes to good health and not least important; it provides a nice community between colleagues.
To top it off, this year we were uniformly dressed in new Interal shirts, a cheerful splash of colour that suits a happy bunch!
