Interal's owners Andreas and Niclas have been chosen as Entrepreneurs of the Year 2024 by the organisation Företagarna i Habo.
Motivation of the jury:
Andreas Simonsson and Niclas Fotsjö have developed Interal Aktiebolag very successfully.
Long-term work has laid the foundations, moving from a traditional subcontracting business to a knowledge and development company.
A conscious focus on technology and investment, together with a positive workforce, provides the conditions for good prospects.
Andreas and Niclas have demonstrated good leadership skills in the development of employees and strategic thinking to achieve the goals they strive for.
Some facts about Interal: The company was founded in 1976. Niclas and Andreas started working at Interal in 2003-2004 and in 2009 they acquired the company from the then owners. Since they took over, almost all machines have been replaced to meet new tougher requirements and an increased order intake. Great focus has been placed on automation and technology. Turnover was then SEK 45 million and the number of employees was just over 20. Today, turnover has more than doubled and Interal has 35 employees.
The award was celebrated with flowers and cake. Representatives from Företagarna i Habo, Habo municipality and Interal's employees were there to celebrate Niclas and Andreas.
