At Interal, we are constantly working to become better and more efficient in all areas. To reduce the set-up time, we have installed a Schunk zero point system in one of our robot cells. This means a quick coupling of the vice with the help of a pneumatic system which, in addition to significantly reducing the setting time, provides higher precision and repeatability as the vice ends up in exactly the same position at each setting. The rotating cradle on which the system is mounted is also newly installed so that it is compatible with the new system.
