In the role, you will work with, among other things:
- Setting up manual CNC machines.
- Responsible for processing and monitoring the CNC machine during ongoing production.
- Perform self-inspection and ensure that manufactured parts meet applicable quality requirements.
- Measure in details and follow predetermined control levels and control intervals.
- Document check measurements and report deviations in accordance with current procedures.
- Perform post-processing of components according to instructions from the responsible setter.
- Read and interpret drawings, work instructions and production documentation.
- Manage and track production orders in the Monitor ERP system.
- Clock in and out of work in Monitor and record times and any deviations in production orders.
- Ensure order and tidiness at your own workstation and leave the workplace tidy after the end of your shift.
- Participate in and carry out weekly cleaning and monthly cleaning in accordance with current procedures.
We are looking for someone who:
Is technically minded, has worked as a CNC setter and has basic training in CNC milling. You should enjoy taking responsibility, be quality-conscious, work independently and in a team, and enjoy technical challenges.
Speak and write Swedish fluently.
