Interal AB was founded in Bankeryd by Göran Isaksson and his brother-in-law Birger Ärlig. The original idea was to produce greenhouses, but instead different types of metals were processed, with the main focus on aluminum fabrication.
Industrial land was purchased in Habo where Interal AB built up a production company of approximately 1000 m2, and the company was moved from Bankeryd to Habo.
The first CNC machine was purchased and put into operation.
Between 1991 and 1997, the facility expanded in four steps; from 1000 m2 to 4895 m2
Anders Friberg purchased Interal
The first robot was installed
Cooperation with suppliers from Asia was introduced
Interal began to provide aluminum diecast
Interal was purchased by Andreas Simonsson, Robert Grubesic and Niclas Fotsjö
A new fully automatic circular saw machine – double mitre cutting, was purchased
Another robot was put into use
New investments; Haas vertical machining center and Mastercam for more efficient programming of the CNC machines
New ERP was implemented – Monitor
Our factory in China was upgraded to larger premises – 1000 m2
ERP implemented in China as well as ISO 9001 certification
